Key Responsibilities

  • •Earn piece-rate pay and drive additional income through an unlimited commission plan.
  • •Train on smart home technology and become an expert on installed systems.
  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes.
  • •Manage inventory and company assets, including routine maintenance of products and equipment.
  • •Explain system capabilities and provide operational instructions to customers while leveraging appointments for leads and revenue.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a valid driver’s license, maintain a good driving record, and have reliable transportation.
  • •Pass post-offer background investigation and meet licensing requirements per applicable law.
  • •Live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
  • •Have a safety-first mindset and be able to perform physical job demands (e.g., lifting up to 45 lbs, climbing ladders, working in attics/confined spaces).
