Provide end-to-end project management for Defence Infrastructure delivery on MoD estates, leading multi-disciplinary teams and supply chains to deliver safe, within-budget, on-time projects with compliant documentation and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver Billable Works projects across the Ministry of Defence estate from initiation through to completion, ensuring safe delivery, on time, within budget and to required quality standards, with proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
•Lead and monitor supply chain teams, deploy qualified operatives, and review risk assessments/method statements to meet standards and manage contract risk.
•Oversee project cost control, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication to ensure value for money and proactive performance management.
•Ensure documentation is properly prepared and uploaded via SharePoint and Maximo, enabling traceability and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
•Demonstrate strong leadership and communication to motivate local teams and maintain performance in a changing environment.

Key Requirements

•HNC/D qualification in Building, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional experience
•SMSTS or equivalent health and safety qualification
•Full UK driving licence and ability to pass SC Clearance
•Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and CAFM tools
•Proven experience supervising teams within a project management setting, planning and prioritising work scopes to meet KPIs
