Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and performing simple cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Follow recipes and instructions to maintain consistency and quality, while keeping work areas clean and organized. Help with stock rotation and inventory management, adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and prepare ingredients, equipment, and plating/garnishing to meet presentation standards. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely order execution.
