Job Summary

Lead the store team to deliver outstanding consumer experiences and drive sales at Crocs. Support daily retail operations such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards, POS system management, stock room replenishment, pricing and markdowns, and loyalty program promotion. Partner with the Store Manager to coordinate and prioritize tasks across teams, model best practices, and uphold asset protection, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Assist with daily retail operations including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and store cleanliness/recovery standards.
•Oversee store-wide operations with the Store Manager by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across teams to ensure timely completion of daily responsibilities.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this with consumers.
•Adhere to Crocs policies, including asset protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives; model best practices to drive sales performance.

Key Requirements

•Must be 18 years or older.
•2-3 years of retail experience, preferably with prior store leadership roles.

•Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function.
