Job Summary

Promote and maintain the regional environmental health and safety (EHS) program, including employee wellness and safety requirements. Support commercial sales/service offices with inspections, risk assessments, training, safety committee activities, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Maintain OSHA/DOT and other regulatory compliance records, manage EHS databases, and analyze safety data for continual improvement using Benchmark|Gensuite and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Support regional EHS safety process efforts for commercial sales/service offices as directed by the Regional EHS Leader.
•Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and jobsite visits; implement and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
•Maintain accurate safety, occupational health, and environmental records, and keep EHS training and PPE/inspection databases updated.
•Analyze safety data for continual improvement and participate in Lean processes (including Regional EHS A3).
•Coordinate safety committees and support investigations of injuries, near misses, incidents, and accidents with corrective action follow-through.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, or Safety Sciences/Engineering (or related field).
•3+ years of practical environmental health and safety management experience at a medium-large site (preferred).
•General knowledge of OSHA, EPA, MSHA, DOT, and other regionally appropriate health and safety regulations/boards.
•Experience interpreting federal, provincial, state, local, environmental, and safety standards.
•Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and EHS data management systems (e.g., Gensuite).
