Key Responsibilities

  • •Govern outbound transportation system configuration and network master data across EMENA, including lead-time matrices, order cut-off times, daily departure schedules, routing rules, and ship-via assignment logic.
  • •Manage carrier and logistics partner onboarding, system setup/integration parameters, and ensure documentation and EDI transmission with correct delivery instructions and invoicing configurations.
  • •Oversee outbound freight flows and ensure compliance with customer delivery SLAs and inter-site transfer requirements.
  • •Conduct lead-time root-cause analysis and order diagnostics to identify system vs. operational execution causes for delays or stuck orders.
  • •Serve as the primary regional escalation contact for complex transport system failures, carrier delivery exceptions, and site logistics disruptions, collaborating with CSR, Manufacturing Operations, Warehouse Logistics, and carriers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Systems Engineering.
  • •5+ years of operational transportation management or logistics systems experience in a complex multi-site European/EMENA environment.
  • •Hands-on expertise with TRAX TMS and QAD ERP transport modules (or equivalent enterprise TMS/ERP).
  • •Solid understanding of carrier EDI integrations and weight-list/invoicing documentation.
  • •Professional fluency in English; additional European languages (German, French, Dutch, Polish) are an advantage.
