Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute strategies within your scope, spanning pricing, channel performance, customer acquisition, retention, or go-to-market, translating commercial priorities into testable hypotheses and scalable frameworks.
•Lead experimentation roadmaps, including A/B tests and other measurement approaches, to evaluate impact and sharpen decision-making.
•Analyze large, complex datasets to surface trends, opportunities, and risks; build dashboards and executive-ready narratives that communicate performance clearly.
•Model business impact, evaluate trade-offs, and support planning around P&L, growth, and long-term value creation.
•Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Supply, and senior leadership to drive alignment and execution.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, pricing, strategy, analytics, revenue management, consulting, or related data-driven roles.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—comfortable turning ambiguity into clear frameworks and action plans.
•Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar BI/analytics tools; proven ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
•Practical experience with experimentation, measurement, and performance optimization.
•Strong business acumen: P&L drivers, unit economics, growth levers, and ROI.
