Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift as part of the plant leadership team. Lead 3rd shift (10PM–6:30AM) to drive productivity, efficiency, quality, safety, cost, and employee engagement. Provide direction, coaching, and development to hourly direct reports, and support continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives, including safety program development.

•Provide direction, leadership, development, and support to direct reports through empowerment, teamwork, and on-the-job assignments.
•Develop, implement, and promote safety programs and safe work practices via plant safety teams and initiatives.
•Promote sound employee and labor relations and support continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 77,800 - 97,300 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree in Business, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
•2+ years of experience in a supervisor role.
•1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).

•Strong communication and leadership skills.
