Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate projects, workstreams and implementation activities across the Digital Capability.
  • •Develop and maintain programme plans, schedules, milestones, risks, actions and dependencies.
  • •Support governance forums, steering groups and working groups, ensuring actions and decisions are tracked to completion.
  • •Manage financial planning, budget tracking, forecasting and reporting activities.
  • •Coordinate procurement and supplier engagement, support operational readiness, and maintain programme reporting dashboards for leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering projects, programmes, digital transformation or business change initiatives within complex organisations.
  • •Professional Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP, MSP or equivalent).
  • •Strong understanding of project governance, delivery methodologies and programme controls, including producing project reporting and executive communications.
  • •Experience managing project budgets, financial reporting, forecasting and resource planning.
  • •Ability to manage risks, issues, actions and dependencies across multiple workstreams and engage senior business and technical stakeholders.
