Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all technical documentation has been correctly completed prior to commencement of work and that work scope aligns with customer and P&WC requirements.
  • •Build engines to defined standards ensuring fit, clearance and modification levels are accurate using appropriate hand tools and measuring equipment.
  • •Inspect components to identify items for scrap, rework or refit and update the technical pack accordingly.
  • •Provide in-field assistance to Mobile Field Support Engineers as needed and generate accurate cost estimates and technical reports.
  • •Generate regular status reports for in-house work and assist in invoicing to align with company targets.

Key Requirements

  • •AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
  • •Build engines to defined standards ensuring fit, clearance and modification levels are accurate using appropriate hand tools and measuring equipment.
  • •Inspect all relevant components and identify items for scrap, rework or refit with reference to and interpretation of relevant product information.
  • •Maintain and complete work files and relevant documentation, showing detailed entries of work performed.
  • •Generation of accurate cost estimates and technical reports as required, in adherence to the quoted costs.
