Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide engineering support to program(s) by aligning operations needs/resources with the program office.
  • •Communicate between Program and Manufacturing Engineers regarding changes to technical and manufacturing data packages.
  • •Support Program Operations Manager communication of CDRL requirements, program tasks/objectives, and projects to operations/manufacturing engineers.
  • •Provide engineering review input to EACs/ERBs/CCB and participate in design discussions to drive manufacturability and producibility.
  • •Coordinate technical activities with factory support manufacturing engineers, attend Tier 2 meetings, and lead continuous-improvement project management with the RRMIF ME/PTE team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) and minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience troubleshooting hardware in a factory environment.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) clearance.
  • •Interpret technical documentation.
  • •Technical drawing interpretation, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), plus hands-on mechanical aptitude across disciplines.
