Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead NPI activities including process development, tooling selection, manufacturing readiness assessments, and pilot production runs.
  • •Coordinate manufacturing process and production line transfers from planning through implementation and stabilization.
  • •Develop and maintain plant layouts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
  • •Provide technical support for machining operations, tooling, fixtures, and process troubleshooting.
  • •Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction, including support for Capex projects and compliance (EHS, Quality, OEA, C-TPAT).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Five or more years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Operations, Quality, or Maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •Hands-on experience with CNC machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing equipment.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and technical documentation, and experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle or SAP).
