Part Time Production Coordinator- Satellite Music Hall

Support event execution and planning for Satellite Music Hall by partnering with the Production Manager and overseeing key production details from load-in through load-out. Maintain show close financials and documents, process pre-settlements and settlements, coordinate inventory and maintenance logs, and help schedule labor within budget guidelines. Supervise crews and ensure safe, consistent equipment operations across hospitality, stage, sound, and lighting.
