Senior Project Manager responsible for leading a multi-year Life Sciences construction program in Düsseldorf, coordinating client executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the core project team and external vendors to develop programming, design, and construction documents, and manage the project lifecycle
•Interact with the client’s project executive and stakeholders to manage scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk
•Define procurement resources, conduct RFIs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients
•Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements
•Drive risk mitigation and contingency planning, ensure data integrity and timely documentation, and foster collaboration across regional partners

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Manufacturing with leadership of teams
•Experience leading projects/programs in a regulated manufacturing environment with planning, execution and compliance
•Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in FDA-regulated environments, including design, commissioning, startup and operation
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate across departments, and deliver projects on time and within budget
•Experience with financial management related to project or operational budgets, resource planning, and forecasting
