Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the core project team and external vendors to develop programming, design, and construction documents, and manage the project lifecycle
  • •Interact with the client’s project executive and stakeholders to manage scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk
  • •Define procurement resources, conduct RFIs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients
  • •Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements
  • •Drive risk mitigation and contingency planning, ensure data integrity and timely documentation, and foster collaboration across regional partners

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Manufacturing with leadership of teams
  • •Experience leading projects/programs in a regulated manufacturing environment with planning, execution and compliance
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in FDA-regulated environments, including design, commissioning, startup and operation
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate across departments, and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • •Experience with financial management related to project or operational budgets, resource planning, and forecasting
