Key Responsibilities

•Provide general administrative support for Privacy & AI Trust Monitoring Team (e.g., maintenance of OneTrust, updates to AZ Connect page).
•Support the documentation of findings in IBM Open Pages (ORGS) and perform follow-ups with reminders and quality checks.
•Assist GIAM attestation activities for IBM Open Pages (ORGS) and contribute to quarterly reporting efforts.
•Maintain monitoring dashboards and ensure timely and accurate reporting of privacy/AI trust metrics.
•Coordinate and support documentation of privacy findings and help ensure compliance with data privacy and AI trust requirements.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional work experience in a relevant function (e.g., Consulting, Data Privacy / Audit / Compliance / Legal / Risk).
•Strong academic track record with studies in Law, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
•Fluency in English; German is optional.
•Very sharp analytic and conceptual skills with high reliability and commitment.
•Initiative and a high sense of responsibility; expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
