Key Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, management, or related field plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
  • •5 years of investment banking experience.
  • •3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, including projection models and valuation methods such as trading/transaction comparables, discounted cash flow, LBO, and merger modeling.
  • •Experience drafting marketing memoranda and developing an equity or credit story depending on securities being raised.
  • •FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.
