Lead the strategic vision and growth of autonomous AI systems and an agentic AI platform. Key Responsibilities

•Define the strategic vision, oversee development, and manage growth of an organization’s autonomous AI systems and platforms.
•Provide technical leadership for design, development, testing, and deployment of agentic workflows.
•Develop and execute the roadmap for the agentic AI platform aligned to organizational priorities.
•Oversee the end-to-end platform lifecycle, including integration of AI solutions and sunsetting legacy offerings.
•Guide technical teams on AI orchestration and MLOps best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 293,600 - 335,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus at least 8 years of experience developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master’s degree plus at least 6 years.
•At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
•Strong technical foundation in engineering and mathematics with demonstrated expertise in AI systems.
•Ability to define strategy, drive innovation, and bring clarity to complex, undefined problems.
•Hands-on leadership style with mentoring and coaching to develop teams and attract/retain top AI talent.
