Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche technical forums, and other channels.
  • •Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
  • •Leverage AI-powered sourcing and research tools to increase pipeline speed and quality while maintaining a personal touch.
  • •Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •1+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • •Experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing roles.
  • •Strong Boolean/X-ray search skills.
  • •Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
