Key Responsibilities

  • •Review budgets to confirm sources of funds and loan commitment are sufficient to complete projects.
  • •At each draw, review draw packages from borrower and GC, including supporting documentation, inspection reports, and title endorsement updates.
  • •Identify incomplete loan packages and verify documentation required under loan terms and internal commercial real estate policies.
  • •Recommend approval for commercial construction loan disbursements and coordinate with internal partners to ensure timely funding.
  • •Maintain and update construction files and complete internal forms for disbursement tracking, reporting, and audit support.
