Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee programs at the work site, including operational phases, schedules of contractors, and daily opening/closing duties.
  • •Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of employee professional development and continuous learning programs.
  • •Direct long- and short-term strategic planning and budget development to support business goals and maintain profitability.
  • •Develop and execute operating policies, ensure compliance with local rules and regulations, and provide timely reviews/approvals for operational issues.
  • •Lead risk management and legal activities (letters of agreement, contracts, leases, and related documents/agreements) and support HSE initiatives, incident reporting, and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •2 years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Strong planning, scheduling, and oversight skills to complete construction work on time and efficiently.
  • •In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes to ensure quality and compliance.
  • •ERP knowledge with functional SAP skills required to succeed in the role.
