Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and nurture a gospel-centered environment for elementary children during Sunday evening worship.
  • •Set up classrooms and manage volunteer/staff needs each Sunday evening.
  • •Supervise children during class, including greetings, transitions, and volunteer orientation/prayer before children arrive.
  • •Facilitate curriculum delivery during class time.
  • •Maintain attendance sheets/records accurately and clean up classroom space after class.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be available Sunday evenings from 4:15 PM to 7:00 PM, plus 2 hours during the week for preparation.
  • •Organizes and sets up classrooms for volunteers, staff, and children each Sunday evening.
  • •Supervises all elementary children, greets families/visitors, transitions children from adult worship to the classroom, orients volunteers, and prays with them before children arrive.
  • •Leads and facilitates curriculum delivery during class time.
  • •Attends mandatory annual training, provides 2 weeks’ notice before being absent (and follows absence limits), and must pass Redeemer background check.
