Key Responsibilities

•Feature Planning & Roadmap Alignment: Gather, consolidate, and align feature requests into a cohesive release roadmap across multiple business units and product owners.
•Facilitate roadmap planning sessions, sprint reviews, and milestone reviews across engineering, product, and program management teams.
•Track feature commitments, dependencies, and delivery timelines; surface risks and propose mitigation strategies.
•Own and manage the incoming bug triage process—evaluate, classify, and route defects to the appropriate engineering owners with speed and accuracy.
•Plan and coordinate software releases across multiple teams and business units, ensuring all entry and exit criteria are met.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Master's degree is preferred.
•Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to gather, consolidate, and align feature requests into a release roadmap.
•Experience with bug triage processes, defect lifecycle management, and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
•Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and release planning frameworks.
