Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the ICC industrial strategy, including human, financial, and physical resources for implementation.
  • •Organize the ICC and structure APRUs and support functions (Supply Chain, Process Engineering, Lean & Performances).
  • •Manage physical flows and related information (ERP) across procurement, production, and delivery activities.
  • •Ensure successful industrialization, including product maturity and QCTP expectations for new industrial products.
  • •Manage delivery performance using Lean approaches, define industrial means (Footprint, MTB, etc.), support CAPEX and cost control, and manage HR and team skills.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • •20+ years of professional experience in technical environments, with proven industrial experience in production, industrialization, and supply chain (ideally mechanical parts and electronics).
  • •5-7 years of management experience in an international environment (hierarchical, cross-functional, project mode).
  • •Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2); Dutch is an asset.
  • •Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and routines such as 5S, Problem Resolution, VSM, and PDCA.
