•Coach and develop talent, ensuring a robust internal talent pipeline and succession planning.
•Drive sales performance to meet targets and KPIs while maintaining customer-centric service and brand standards.
•Ensure best-in-class customer experience and adherence to global VM standards across all stores.
•Collaborate with HR, Retail Ops, Training and Merchandising to maximise people, product and sales potential and communicate Retail updates to the wider organisation.

•Strategic thinker with ability to plan and execute to achieve retail KPIs
