Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients through consultative conversations that uncover financial goals and align them with banking solutions. Drive growth by proactively selling and promoting deposit accounts, loans/lines of credit, and referrals across mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking. Support excellent client experiences, assist teller line processing as needed, and help ensure compliance with bank regulations, risk management, internal controls, and ethics.

•Engage clients in consultative conversations to recommend personalized banking solutions, including deposit accounts, loans, and lines of credit.
•Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs; open deposit accounts and take loan applications.
•Conduct regular calls to clients and prospects to offer tailored financial solutions and make referrals to bank partners.
•Support the teller line to keep customer wait times low, process transactions as needed, and promptly resolve client issues.
•Maintain expected compliance with bank regulations, policies, risk management, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics; assist with training and operational responsibilities.
