Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot the AOS/Lean approach for the Structure P50/P40 production unit of the FAL A350 to improve industrial maturity.
  • •Deploy the AOS and coordinate the AOS building blocks with the AOS team (AOS Agents and AOS Manager) to drive unit performance.
  • •Apply and enforce AOS and Lean standards, including monthly tracking of AOS maturity across production lines and reporting progress and risks.
  • •Organize annual AOS assessments and co-animate AOS steering meetings; run management observation visits and deliver structured feedback.
  • •Coach and advise unit and production line leaders on AOS/Lean tools and support change through Autonomous Production Teams (EAP).

Key Requirements

  • •More than 10 years of professional experience in Lean/continuous improvement and production improvement contexts.
  • •Strong knowledge of Lean tools and their application to industrial processes.
  • •Experience with quality tools, problem solving, and process optimization (Lean/Six Sigma; green belt or equivalent).
  • •Proven ability to facilitate production-at-the-spot workshops (e.g., Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, VSM, 5S).
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with large groups and coach teams through change.
