Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist client servicing for employee benefit plans by supporting carrier communications, proposal preparation, enrollments, and ongoing service requests.
  • •Review client documents and summaries of benefits/coverage for accuracy, and help answer administrative questions from clients and carriers.
  • •Coordinate open enrollment communications and mailings, maintain client calendars, and support processing of group applications and Broker of Record letters.
  • •Support renewals and onboarding by assisting with enrollment fulfillment, gathering Form 5500 information, maintaining related trackers, and coordinating with carriers as needed.
  • •Lead client file and data management in Salesforce (as advised), and help with claims, billing, and eligibility issue resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45,000 - 55,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •More than 2 years of related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •High school or equivalent education.
  • •Knowledge of benefits administration and Health Care Reform, including industry trends and carrier products/services.

  • •Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications.
