Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service on the gym floor and uphold Fitness First brand standards
  • •Provide market-leading fitness expertise by correcting form and advising on safe, effective exercise execution
  • •Deliver personal training programs, unrivalled session delivery, and new member induction sessions to company standards
  • •Educate and enforce Fitness First etiquette, regulations, and ensure gym etiquette (e.g., cleaning equipment) is followed
  • •Complete required administrative tasks (goals, bookings, rota updates, session documentation) and support club events while promoting Fitness First services

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education (A level or equivalent)
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or working towards being enrolled
  • •Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements
  • •Complete CPD via IDEA Club Connect and maintain REPs certification (10 CPD points per year)
  • •Strong interest in the latest developments in the fitness industry and keeping product knowledge up to date
