Job Summary

Supervise the deployment of learning and knowledge-sharing solutions for the Optronic and Missile Electronic (OME) domain academy. Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain the academy training catalog list with deployment information in coordination with the Academy’s Learning Partner.
  • •Forecast and plan the number of sessions to deploy based on learner needs, requests in uLearn, and incoming arrivals.
  • •Supervise deployment of OME academy learning and sharing solutions: schedule in-person training, create attendance sheets, and arrange/prep rooms.
  • •Provide support to session planners and relevant stakeholders (including administrators/agents PSS) as needed.
  • •Create KPI dashboards and reports on deployment progress, risks, and opportunities, and track evaluations of sessions and internal/external trainers.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) with experience as a Project Management Officer (PMO) and knowledge of training.
  • •Good knowledge of training program catalogs and the information needed for deployment.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, etc.).
  • •Strong team spirit, service mindset, anticipation, and experience working cross-functionally.
  • •Good English level in written and spoken communication (international context).
