Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic projects aimed at improving operational efficiency to deliver exceptional experiences for users of our services.
•Identify opportunities for improvement in last-mile operations to optimize management and performance.
•Support scalability of operations through analysis of available data and KPI monitoring.
•Develop the team under your responsibility and ensure professional growth of its members.
•Promote initiatives that foster a positive work environment and best practices, with a focus on safety and hygiene in the warehouse.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field
•6-8 years of previous experience in operational leadership roles, preferably in e-commerce, mass retail last-mile logistics or high-speed manufacturing (Automotive/FMCG)
•proven experience managing high-scale, complex operations
•strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret dashboards (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions
•solid knowledge of budgets (P&L), OpEx optimization and profitability analysis
