Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance team supporting plant operations and maintenance for plant manufacturing equipment, including repair and routine maintenance.
  • •Implement and maintain planned maintenance programs balanced with capacity planning and EHS requirements; manage maintenance records.
  • •Provide facility management across site and buildings (upkeep and compliance with health and safety and legal requirements) including liaising with subcontractors for utilities and services.
  • •Establish maintenance programs for plant and equipment, arrange external repairs, maintain critical spares lists, and manage critical machine review and maintenance/capacity planning.
  • •Support EHS/MESH functions: assist the health and safety manager, support risk assessments and IH/environmental measurement, promote zero-incident culture, and drive Lean/TPM continuous improvements, CAPEX projects, and maintenance ticket closure/escalation.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent (or time-served experience) is preferable.
  • •Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
  • •PC literate with MS Teams and Office/Excel and SharePoint.
  • •Experience with ERP systems (ERP Systems).
  • •People management experience.
