Inside Sales Software Account Executive role focused on consultative discovery, high-velocity pipeline management, and virtual demonstrations of Genius hardware and software. You will nurture inbound/outbound leads, maintain CRM data integrity, and close deals with a data-driven approach in a high-volume SaaS/payments environment from our Oklahoma City office.

Key Responsibilities

•Consultative Discovery: Identify the prospect’s Situation and Pain to understand the business Impact our Genius products provide.
•High-Velocity Pipeline Management: Manage inbound/outbound leads and maintain elite Lead to Opportunity and Opportunity to Close metrics.
•Virtual Demonstrations: Deliver engaging presentations of the Genius hardware and software suite to SMB owners.
•Closing & Negotiation: Identify the Critical Event and Decision process to guide prospects through a seamless close.
•Data Integrity: Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure sales performance metrics are tracked transparently.

Key Requirements

•Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Software Sales Rep or in a similar high-volume sales role.
•Consultative Sales Skills: Experience with consultative selling over the phone and building rapport without face-to-face meetings.
•Quota Driven: Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
•Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM) software and a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
•Communication: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to deliver engaging presentations that articulate value.
