Job Summary

Lead the technical portion of the sales journey for Kentik in the EMEA service provider space. Deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and feature requests; respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs; and integrate Kentik with customer in-house tools. Work with account teams and Customer Success on post-sales engineering check-ins, channel customer feedback to product management, and help drive booking objectives while attending industry events (with frequent travel).

Key Responsibilities

•Manage technical aspects of the sales journey, including product demos, proofs of concept, and feature requests.
•Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
•Assist marketing with identifying opportunities to expand product marketing collateral to close sales.
•Channel customer requirements into product feedback and feature requests to product management.
•Collaborate with Customer Success on post-sales engineering check-ins to share new features/roadmap and support successful adoption.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in high-tech sales/solutions engineering or systems/network engineering.
•Must be located in the EMEA region.
•Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to conduct technical conversations from staff-level engineers and architects to senior executives.
•Experience managing Cisco/Juniper routers and Linux servers.
