Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and improve rocket motor, warhead, and fuze pyrotechnic products from concept to production, covering energetic materials and mechanical aspects.
  • •Work with customers to understand needs and requirements and create product specifications accordingly.
  • •Specify energetic materials requirements to suppliers and manage their development, production, and quality control.
  • •Conduct testing and evaluation of energetic materials products in-house and at external test facilities, assessing performance, reliability, and safety.
  • •Develop and maintain pyrotechnic-related documentation (e.g., FMECA, safety and reliability analysis) and support production of in-service products through quality issue resolution and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related fields (Energetic Materials, Chemistry, Mechanics, Physics).
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in energetic materials development.
  • •Knowledge of energetic materials, chemical reactions, mechanical design, and manufacturing processes.
  • •Experience with full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture, and implement).
  • •Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to energetic materials, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
