Senior Manager Production - B Shift Processing (Superintendent) Finney County Plant

Oversee B-Shift processing operations at the Finney County Plant, ensuring compliance with federal meat inspection and OSHA requirements while enforcing company policies. Lead and manage production supervisors, solve operational problems with follow-up, and maintain strong housekeeping, safety, sanitation, security, and food safety standards. Partner with department heads to hit production quality yield and labor standards metrics, while managing manpower planning and prescribed records and reports accurately.
