Key Responsibilities

•Plan for the company’s next 10x growth by identifying, designing, and implementing scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure
•Serve as the strategic right hand to the CBO, translating vision into clear priorities, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
•Create and drive operating structure across the company: OKRs, KPIs, dashboards, meeting cadences, and accountability systems
•Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, execution gaps and solve them decisively
•Build and refine performance metrics that tie day-to-day execution to company goals

•High ownership mindset with proven initiative; ability to roll up sleeves and drive results
•Experience operating in high-ownership, high-performance environments (e.g., hedge funds, top-tier banks, or high-growth startups) with a track record of exceptional outcomes

•Strong operational rigor; habit of building systems, metrics, dashboards, and accountability frameworks
