  • •Plan for the company’s next 10x growth by identifying, designing, and implementing scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure
  • •Serve as the strategic right hand to the CBO, translating vision into clear priorities, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
  • •Create and drive operating structure across the company: OKRs, KPIs, dashboards, meeting cadences, and accountability systems
  • •Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, execution gaps and solve them decisively
