Lobby/Bar Manager (w/m/d)

Lead the daily bar service and ensure outstanding quality while warmly welcoming and caring for guests. Manage, motivate, and develop the bar team, including training apprentices. Drive bar sales to achieve budget goals and control costs and revenue. Continuously evolve the bar concept and help shape the drink menu, including creating your own cocktails. Create duty and vacation schedules, handle orders and inventory, and enforce HACCP and workplace safety standards.
