Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise daily operations of the Interiors Equipment Shop to execute interior maintenance and refurbishment per approved OEM data and regulatory requirements.
  • •Plan and optimize manpower allocation to meet production and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
  • •Monitor quality of workmanship, verify job cards and maintenance documentation/records for accuracy and regulatory compliance, and implement controls to prevent process deviations.
  • •Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Stores departments; identify operational gaps in resources/manpower and escalate recommendations to avoid production/TAT disruption.
  • •Ensure HSE compliance, train/mentor staff, implement continuous improvement and 5S/housekeeping, and support internal/external/regulatory audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in aviation maintenance workshops.
  • •Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an MRO environment.
  • •Exposure to regulatory audits (GCAA/EASA/FAA) and MOE compliance.
  • •Strong knowledge of MOE, GCAA CAR Part V, and EASA Part-145 requirements; ability to lead teams and manage operational risks.
