Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop tools to test Cisco product functionality, ensuring quality and stability from a system/solution perspective for IIoT deployments.
  • •Create documentation (Cisco Validated Profiles) for end-to-end solutions and translate requirements into testable automation designs.
  • •Address customer issues for Industrial IoT products by reproducing problems in-house and driving root-cause resolution.
  • •Improve test efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing issues and applying appropriate testing approaches, technologies, tools, and innovations.
  • •Leverage AI/ML techniques to enhance test automation and manual testing processes, including performance and scale testing.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in software quality assurance focused on test automation, including building and maintaining test suites.
  • •Strong understanding of LEO satellite communication systems and satellite network architectures.
  • •Knowledge of Starlink services, user terminals, gateways, and satellite-based internet connectivity.
  • •Experience with cellular technologies including LTE, 5G NR, cellular gateways, and SIM-based connectivity solutions.
  • •Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, NAT, DNS, and VPN technologies.
