Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide service for USV systems on customer sites in the assigned region, including occasionally within the Großraum Hannover area.
  • •Handle mounting, commissioning, repair, maintenance, and retrofitting work according to service contracts and customer requests.
  • •Perform fault analysis and resolve failures, including telephone troubleshooting to determine the current situation in case of faults.
  • •Maintain Eaton USV systems according to factory instructions and manage spare parts and independent dispatch planning.
  • •Document all activities carefully and conduct customer trainings on site.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed electrical training with relevant work experience in electrical engineering, especially in low-voltage networks up to 400 VAC.
  • •Good knowledge of UPS/USV products and service experience.
  • •PC and common Office software skills.
  • •Strong self-reliance and personal responsibility with customer-oriented thinking.
  • •Good German and English skills in speaking and writing, plus willingness to travel (up to 75%).
