Key Responsibilities

  • •Build strong knowledge of the Denodo Platform and lead technical discussions on advanced features, services, and differentiation.
  • •Provide technical consulting, training, and support, diagnosing and resolving customer inquiries about running Denodo products.
  • •Participate in escalations and help prevent repeat issues by improving efficiency for customers and internal specialists.
  • •Address technical questions related to customization, integration, enterprise architecture, and product functionality; develop custom deployments as needed.
  • •Provide timely customer feedback to Product, Sales, Support, and/or Development; train clients on architecture and configuration; contribute to documentation and on-call support.

Key Requirements

  • •7–12 years of experience in Data Virtualization, SQL/ETL, data warehousing, or data integration technologies.
  • •BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Strong ability to write SQL and knowledge of relational, analytical, and/or cloud database management.
  • •Working knowledge of JDBC, XML, and Web Services APIs.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
