Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish trusted SME relationships with operational teams and change teams to provide technical guidance.
  • •Advise on assessment of data protection breaches, assist remedial action development, and track remediation.
  • •Produce and maintain data protection policies and procedures for Atos BTS and promote data protection governance culture.
  • •Perform assurance assessments and gap analysis of processes and procedures against data protection regulatory requirements.
  • •Support 1st line staff with DP regulatory risk and controls, including DSAR and FOIA requests, and deliver data protection education to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Expert knowledge of the data protection regulatory risk environment and how regulatory bodies operate.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience interpreting data protection regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • •DP Practitioner Certificate, ISEB or an equivalent data protection qualification.
  • •Expert knowledge of national and European data protection laws, including GDPR and the UK Data Protection and Digital Information Bill.
  • •Experience conducting data privacy compliance assurance reviews and developing/managing information and data security assurance programs, including third parties.
