Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver extraordinary service on inbound and/or outbound customer calls to resolve cases in a fast-paced, structured environment.
  • •Contact clients with overdue accounts to secure settlement and perform preventive work to avoid future overdue amounts.
  • •Consult Card Members to understand needs and tailor unique solutions while reinforcing card membership benefits.
  • •Identify possible fraudulent activities, investigate allegations of fraud, and gather/analyze data to determine appropriate actions.
  • •Meet and exceed performance goals including customer satisfaction, consultation, call handling time, schedule adherence, and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree
  • •Maintain not more than a 5-year gap between highest education completion date and joining date
  • •Should not have enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs
  • •Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • •Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift with rotational week offs (primarily US shift window)
