•Act as the primary point of contact from day one, leading negotiations and onboarding key Groceries giants to ensure a win-win ecosystem.
•Dive deep into operational metrics to spot bottlenecks and provide partners with tools and insights to achieve best-in-class delivery performance.
•Maintain high-level engagement through monthly and quarterly business reviews, becoming a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
