Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and oversight for Site Visit Leads/Investigators during patient safety and compliance case reviews.
  • •Lead the task team responsible for managing case intake, triage, tracking, review, and resolution activities.
  • •Train, motivate, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality case management and adherence to deadlines and standards.
  • •Manage secure intake and documentation for incoming cases, including redaction of sensitive information and proper record management.
  • •Develop tracking tools and prepare regular/ad hoc reports; analyze case data to identify trends, non-compliance patterns, risks, and recommend process improvements.

Key Requirements
