Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop detailed project plans covering objectives, scope, resources, timeline, and budget.
  • •Lead and manage the project team to ensure collaboration and communication among members.
  • •Allocate resources (personnel, budget, equipment, and materials) and manage project budget to keep expenditures within limits.
  • •Track project progress using KPIs and provide regular stakeholder status updates; ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • •Drive breakthrough and core growth initiatives: demand generation, influencing specifications, OEM development via application selling, regulatory approvals, and improved customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of experience with at least 4 years in Honeywell (HON) or competitor FI product portfolio.
  • •Proven business experience across multiple vertical markets in field product industries, with networking across instrumentation customers such as OEMs, EPCs, and consultants.
  • •Supporting sales campaigns or programs in specific markets or for specific products.
  • •Technical understanding of the portfolio, competition, and customer applications.
  • •Proven presentation skills and working knowledge of Honeywell value proposition, commercial/contract terms.
