•Maintain employee records in HR systems (Personio) with high accuracy and timely data changes
•Manage employee requests in Jira within SLAs, providing clear responses and flagging recurring issues for systemic resolution
•Ensure HR ops documentation is up-to-date, compliant with internal policies and labor laws, and audit-ready
