Job Summary

Maintain warehouse operations across health/safety compliance, shipping and receiving, product storage, and delivery setup. Prepare orders by pulling accurate materials, managing bin locations, and supporting customer pickup or delivery. Maintain inventory controls to minimize damage and ensure order accuracy, organize the warehouse, and operate warehouse equipment including a forklift while meeting physical and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain health and safety compliance and prepare orders by pulling accurate materials and loading/unloading trucks as needed.
•Maintain inventory controls by minimizing material damage and ensuring order accuracy.
•Organize the warehouse, manage bin locations, and uphold customer service standards.
•Lift up to 50 lbs., walk/stand for most of the shift, and use protective gear and steel-toed boots.
•Ensure equipment is maintained to operating standards and operate a forklift.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma preferred and 1–3 years of experience (or more) is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team, including leading/executing as needed.
•Ability to self-manage, show initiative, be proactive, and drive results.
•Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers, both verbally and in writing.
•Ability to operate warehouse machinery and, specifically, a forklift.
