Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and support standardized integration between OT systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI) and IT platforms (MES, historians, ERP interfaces).
  • •Establish and maintain OT reference architectures aligned with ISA-95 / Purdue Model and define integration standards, patterns, and approved technologies.
  • •Partner with IT infrastructure teams to design and support OT network connectivity, including segmentation, firewalls, and DMZs, and align OT environments with corporate IT standards.
  • •Implement and maintain OT cybersecurity controls aligned with IEC 62443 and NIST, and participate in OT risk assessments, vulnerability remediation, and audits.
  • •Provide senior-level OT integration support: ensure changes follow IT change management, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and support OT lifecycle management and documentation.
  • •Mentor junior IT/OT engineers and provide knowledge transfer across sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •7+ years of experience supporting OT or manufacturing IT environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience working within an IT organization supporting plant-floor systems.
  • •Strong understanding of industrial control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI).
  • •Experience with OT networking concepts and protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC) plus hands-on work with firewalls, switches, and secure remote access.
