Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning for multiple non-related projects or single highly complex projects, creating and maintaining robust schedules.
  • •Develop and maintain project schedules aligned to requirements, including managing relationships between time, cost, risk, change, reporting, and scope.
  • •Adhere to NEC or FIDIC contract processes for schedule data and submissions, and produce status reports for management.
  • •Monitor schedule progress/performance, analyse float/critical path/constraints, evaluate recovery options, and conduct project progress reviews.
  • •Mentor and conduct functional management of planning personnel, including oversight of day-to-day management and staffing.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Project Controls experience specialising in Planning & Scheduling across the project lifecycle.
  • •Strong knowledge and proficiency with Primavera (P6) and other planning/resourcing software.
  • •Ability to influence, lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate conflict situations.
  • •Member of a relevant professional body (e.g., Association for Project Management or Project Management Institute) and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
